The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, September 15 reveals Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will plead with Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) for a reset.
Also coming up, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will counsel her daughter. Plus, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) still doesn’t trust Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc). And Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will ask Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) to get a read on Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Y&R spoilers tease Lily will tell Devon Winters (Bryton James) she spoke with her (offscreen) kids about Cane. She’ll describe the phone call, which viewers won’t get to see. Devon will ask if the twins will ever forgive their father and Lily will say she has no idea.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Phyllis Suspects Michael Is Likely Lying To Her
In Cane’s choo choo train, Amanda will worry about his decision to hand the AI technology over to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). She knows Billy’s track record and it’s not great. But Cane will tell Amanda Billy will only think he’s in control.
Talk will turn to Lily and Cane will ask Amanda cultivate a friendship with her. “Find out if there’s a chance she’ll ever see the good in me again.” So, Amanda will end up at Society. She’ll trade some barbs with Devon and then ask to speak to Lily alone.
At the lookout, Michael will tell Phyllis they’re both now working for the same team, he’s now under Cane’s employ. Phyllis will admit she’s missed their friendship but he did turn his back on her. However, the two of them working together would guarantee success for Cane.
Phyllis will ask how he’ll handle Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Michael will say he’s keeping it on the down low, not even Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E Bregman) will know where his paycheck is coming from. “Wait a minute,” Phyllis will reply. “What aren’t you telling me?”
So, Michael will say he’ll tell Lauren he’s taking some side cases. But Phyllis won’t trust him. “What are you protecting, what secret?” she’ll ask. “I know you too well, you’re lying to me.” So, she’ll threaten to go to Cane and convince him Michael can’t be trusted.
At the park, Victoria will talk about what a great soccer player Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercury) is. But she won’t get to talk about Katie for long. Because Victoria’s only child that matters will be moping about Kyle. “When it comes to our relationship he can’t quit making one poor choice after another,” Claire will say. So, she’ll tell her mom about Kyle’s deal with Victor .
Young And The Restless Scoop – Nate Tells Kyle To Steer Clear Of Holden
But Victoria will say he truly loves her and is terrified of losing her. “He’s starting to seem a little too possessive,” Claire will tell her, adding Kyle confronted her new friend Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) and told him to stay away from her. Victoria will tell her to give it some time and to give Kyle some grace.
Meanwhile, Nate will walk into Crimson Lights and see Kyle. “I’m not about to get punched in the face, am I?” Kyle will ask. He’ll add he hopes he doesn’t blame him for his breakup with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Not surprisingly, no punches will be thrown, since Y&R is all talk and no action these days.
Regardless, Nate will say he doesn’t blame Kyle, he blames Audra. Then Kyle will ask what he thinks about Holden. “I’m not a fan,” Nate will reply, adding he got a vibe that Holden never got over Audra and he’s bad news. “If I were you I would steer clear.” So, Kyle will say he seems to be taking advantage of Claire’s vulnerable state.
Then Victoria and Claire will walk in and Nate will ask them to join them. Claire will joke and ask if they’re bonding, or sharing war stories. “I assume you were talking about Audra,” she’ll add. “Or maybe you were talking about Holden as well.” Kyle will lie and say their conversation was too boring to share.
Finally, when Victoria gets up to walk Nate to his car, Claire will tell Kyle she’s sure they were talking about Holden. “Nate doesn’t trust the guy either,” Kyle will reply. But Claire will say she doesn’t need protecting.
“Holden is only out for a good time at your expense,” he’ll say. Claire will say it’s him she needs to know if she can trust, not Holden. So, Kyle will say he so scared of losing her that he’s tripping over his words. “Can’t we just hit the reset button and start over?”
